Thank you for choosing VerdoCo, a product line of Nexosprop Logistics Corp ("VerdoCo", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to providing structured, audit-ready administrative compliance infrastructure.

Because our products are digital downloads, downloadable document packages, and instant-access toolkits, our return and refund parameters are strictly defined due to the reproducible nature of digital intellectual property. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Goods Policy: All Sales Final

Except as explicitly outlined in this policy, all sales of digital products, toolkits, Command Kits, Phase 1 Suites, and Phase 2 Suites are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is processed and the digital download links, file delivery, or access keys have been generated, emailed, or accessed, the product is deemed "used" and cannot be returned, recalled, or canceled. VerdoCo expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

2. Technical and Delivery Exceptions

We want to ensure you receive the infrastructure you purchased. You may request a resolution or file replacement under the following specific circumstances:

  • Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted or technically defective and cannot be opened, contact us immediately. We will verify the defect and issue a fresh, working copy of the document file.

  • Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your digital download link via email within 24 hours of a verified transaction, please check your spam folder and then contact our support channel to manually push delivery.

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice in a single transaction sequence, contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase date with your transaction IDs, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

3. Unauthorized Distribution and License Breach

Every document delivered by VerdoCo is uniquely encoded with forensic layers linking the file to your organization's single-entity license.

  • As detailed in our governing terms, reselling, redistributing, or publicly hosting these documents is strictly prohibited.

  • Any unauthorized sharing or license violation voids all customer support access, revokes your single-entity license, and triggers contractual liquidated damages.

4. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration

All disputes arising from this Return and Refund Policy, product purchases, or transaction issues are subject to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Class action participation is waived, and the governing law is the State of Florida.
